Returns: We guarantee that your product will arrive in the condition described on our site or we will refund your full purchase price, less shipping costs, when we receive the returned item.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. When we receive your items in good condition, we will refund your payment (less shipping costs) either by crediting your credit card or by issuing you a check. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the product is received for a refund to occur. If we make a shipping error, then we will pay your return postage and correct the error.
